{"id":4576,"date":"2025-12-09T20:12:42","date_gmt":"2025-12-09T20:12:42","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.geminicorp.be\/?post_type=awsm_job_openings&#038;p=4576"},"modified":"2025-12-15T18:51:03","modified_gmt":"2025-12-15T18:51:03","slug":"it-network-engineer","status":"publish","type":"awsm_job_openings","link":"https:\/\/www.geminicorp.be\/jobs\/it-network-engineer\/","title":{"rendered":"IT Network Engineer"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p><br><strong>Your role:<\/strong><br><br>You will manage and support the company\u2019s IT and network infrastructure, ensuring smooth operations, system security, quick issue resolution, and reliable connectivity across all devices and users.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>What we offer:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>A technology-driven environment with exposure to modern IT systems.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Hands-on experience with networking, security, and hardware infrastructure.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Opportunities to work on system upgrades, expansions, and automation-led improvements.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Collaboration with business teams and leadership.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Your responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Monitor, maintain, and troubleshoot LAN\/WAN networks, routers, switches, and firewalls.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Install, configure, and upgrade desktops, laptops, printers, servers, and related hardware.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Manage user accounts, email setups, access rights, and security permissions.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Perform basic server administration (Windows\/Linux): backups, updates, and security tasks.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Resolve network connectivity issues, performance bottlenecks, and downtime events.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ensure regular patching, antivirus monitoring, and system security compliance.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Maintain IT asset inventory and coordinate with AMC\/vendors.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Set up new systems, office expansions, Wi-Fi, CCTV, and biometric devices.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Provide Level 1 &amp; Level 2 technical support and ensure quick resolutions.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Manage data backups, recovery processes, and adherence to IT policies.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>What we are looking for:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Strong understanding of networking concepts: TCP\/IP, DHCP, DNS, VPN, VLAN.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Hands-on experience with routers and switches (Cisco, Mikrotik, Sophos, Fortinet preferred).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ability to diagnose hardware and software issues quickly and accurately.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Familiarity with Windows OS, Windows Server, MS Office, and basic Linux.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ability to represent the company professionally with good communication skills.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Right attitude toward AI-enabled and modern IT systems.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Required experience &amp; qualifications:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>1\u20134 years of experience in IT support and networking.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Graduate degree (minimum).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Experience with firewalls, network security, cabling, and basic server setups.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Expected salary range INR 8\u201310 lakhs PA<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Your role: You will manage and support the company\u2019s IT and network infrastructure, ensuring smooth operations, system security, quick issue resolution, and reliable connectivity across all devices and users.
